I want business people to use communication that builds and brings benefits to both sides. I want them to achieve great results in business and life, and support their interlocutors in similar achievements. I teach nonviolent communication and negotiations.
Procurement: sourcing, purchasing process, cost reduction.
Sales: building a sales algorithm in compliance with the customer's purchasing process, researching the client's stakeholder needs, building a business relationship, offering, sales negotiations, defining main and added values.
Negotiations: defining values adequate to the needs of the interlocutor; formulating arguments, persuasion; negotiations coming from needs, based on assertiveness; seeking strategies aimed at maximum benefit for both parties, preventing manipulation.
Business communication: non-violent communication, building understanding in teams.
