We polish the competences of customer acquisition, bidding, contracting, persuasion, and negotiations in a new, more turquoise model, but no less effective.

    My experience

    WIn previous professional life (for 16 years), I was a buyer and negotiator in production and trade companies (large area trade).

    My goals

    I want business people to use communication that builds and brings benefits to both sides. I want them to achieve great results in business and life, and support their interlocutors in similar achievements. I teach nonviolent communication and negotiations.

    My specializations

    Procurement: sourcing, purchasing process, cost reduction.

    Sales: building a sales algorithm in compliance with the customer's purchasing process, researching the client's stakeholder needs, building a business relationship, offering, sales negotiations, defining main and added values.

    Negotiations: defining values adequate to the needs of the interlocutor; formulating arguments, persuasion; negotiations coming from needs, based on assertiveness; seeking strategies aimed at maximum benefit for both parties, preventing manipulation.

    Business communication: non-violent communication, building understanding in teams.

    My passions

    The role of emotions in business negotiations. Nonviolent communication (NVC). Travels with no schedule and qualified tourism. Free education and unschooling. Nature, geography, environment and combination, what more can I do to consume less.
